Neighbor's Fire Causes Damage

House fire spreads to a neighboring home and creates significant damage to the enclosed porch. Windows were shattered, the doorknob is unusable, and there was smoke damage throughout the house. Our production technician (Ben and Mike) removed all the contents, affected wall paneling, shelves, items from all walls, paneling strips from the ceiling, carpet, insulation from the ceiling, and removed all the screws and nails from the ceiling studs. Once the room was empty, our team wiped down the walls and vacuumed the window sills and floors. We then set up containment to paint the porch upon the owner's request. In the after picture, you can see the enclosed porch in the reconstruction process.
