Water Damage on Floating Flooring

This bathroom receives demolishing work due to microbial growth under the linoleum and subfloor, baseboard trim, and alongside the door jams. Once we removed the affected material out of the home, our production technician sprayed a microbial cleaner on the floorings and wall. We suspected mold growth in more areas such as within the drywall. Mold likes to grow in porous materials. Using an infrared thermal camera and moisture meter, we were able to find more areas of concern. We set up a dehumidifier to remove any extra moisture from the air and set up air movers alongside the walls.
