Gutted Restroom After Sewer Loss

This restroom experienced a sewer loss. There was standing water inside the room and nearby rooms too. The plumber came and fixed the issue but it was our job to clean and sanitize the area. Our production team extracted the water, removed all affected material (toilet, sink, drywall, flooring, insulation, etc), hard-surface cleaned the flooring, wiped down railings, and sprayed disinfectant on all surfaces. We also set up air movers and a dehumidifier to dry out the rooms. Moisture in the walls and wet insulation can lead to mold growth that can easily spread to nearby surfaces. This restroom is ready for reconstruction!
