Water Pipe breaks in Restaurant
A water pipe broke and got into the condenser unit above the Mexican restaurant and flooded it. Water ran down many walls. In the before image, you can see a yellow wall with wood paneling. After a flood or water damage, it is important to dry the flooring and walls as soon as possible to avoid any mold growth. We will also remove any trims or paneling because moisture can be trapped underneath there. Notice in the after image that the wood paneling has been removed. After everything is fully dry, our reconstruction team can add new/clean trims and wood paneling back into the structure.
